A Trabant in combat clothing? Hell yes! Production of the Trabant 601 F Kübelwagen started in 1966. And it wasn't even completely made of Stealth proof plastic.

The car was therefore a precursor to our own DAF YA66

A protection plate for the exhaust was an additional piece of iron on this Tupperware pony. The Trabant was mainly thought for border patrols and was usually equipped with a radio sending and receiving installation (for enthusiasts: type FuG R-109R).

Because something festive could happen in the former GDR, there was also a civilian version of the 601 F Kübelwagen: the Tramp
