On 7 and 8 January 2017 a new edition of the Aircooled WinterFest is being organized in Autotron Rosmalen. During the anniversary version, it is celebrated that the festival has been around for a quarter of a century. The expectation is that many Volkswagen enthusiasts will come to their feet again. Air-cooled Volkwagens, Porsches and items such as parts, accessories, reading material and the like will give substance to the spectacle in the Autotron.
Anniversary edition will be special
The organization - it is already clear - has made something special of the anniversary edition. A show has been set up with special and exclusive Volkswagen models and there is a live show. On both days a 'Best of Show' is organized for the cars of visitors on the show paddocks. It is already a tradition and this edition will also be awarded on Sunday 8 January not only a prize for the best stand, but also one for the best classic of the auto show. The winner will be spoiled with a real Beetle, which is also made available this year by Keverland: a beautiful 1303 S.
Nice collection of air-cooled heritage
The anniversary edition of the Aircooled Winterfest is enlivened by a special collection of air-cooled heritage. A beautiful Porsche 356 A from 1959, an original Karmann Cabriolet from 1962, a T1 motor sprayer / ladder truck and a rare Rometsch Lawrence barnfind make their appearance in Rosmalen. Also a Typ 3 Brasil and a Karmann Ghia 34 restored in unique splendor will be presented in Rosmalen together with much more unique air-cooled material. In addition, many clubs and companies make their appearance and Hot Rod Doesburg will provide workshops. This and much more is enough reason for every enthusiast to keep a place in the agenda for the weekend of 7 and 8 January.
