AMK Oldtimer Day in Klarenbeek – October 4th, don't forget!!
We can make it long or short: Klarenbeek is on Saturday 4 October The place where classic car enthusiasts meet. Not in a competition setting, not with judging, but simply: a lot of ground near a roadside restaurant. De kar, coffee and a colorful procession of cars, motorcycles and three-wheelers each bringing their own story.
Honest and uncomplicated
The idea is simple. It doesn't matter whether you have a shiny show car or a faithful classic that still racks up the miles daily. Anything with a hint of history is welcome. It's precisely that mix that makes a day like this so interesting. Some have spent years on a perfect restoration, while others drive around in a car whose factory paint has slowly but surely been patinated by life itself.
Classic Car Catwalk
New and unique: the Classic Car Catwalk. Owners can drive their car or motorcycle, immerse the audience in the story behind their classic, and showcase what makes their vehicle special. From a meticulously restored coupe to a timeworn daily driver with miles of patina, every example gets a platform here.
Autumn, asphalt and stories
Autumn is perhaps the most beautiful season to hit the road with your classic car. Quieter roads, beautiful light, and an atmosphere that befits oil and gasoline. The AMK Classic Car Day caters to this: no busy schedule, no bells and whistles. Just a space to share stories, to peek under the hood, to connect with each other.
What to expect?
- Starts at 09.00am at De Kar in Klarenbeek.
- Free participation and admission – the only investment is a little gasoline.

No tradition without a beginning
The first edition is intended to be a friendly and accessible event. But who knows, it might become a regular fixture on the classic car calendar in the spring and autumn. Because what's better than chatting with like-minded people in a relaxed atmosphere about technology, history, and memories? Make sure you're there! More information and registration are available via www.amkoldtimerdag.nl

Great initiative by AMKlassiek. I hope it will be successful but remains small-scale.
Now all we need is some decent weather because I'm coming by motorbike.
