In a letter to the House of Representatives, Minister Schultz van Haegen expressed the expectation that the negotiations between the Transport Council, the European Parliament and the European Commission (the so-called trilogue) could end with the inclusion of motorcycles in the European MOT-regulation.
This would make the mandatory MOT for motorcycles a fact. Our expectation that the motorcycle will be used as change seems to be confirmed with this.
