We were close to the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht and had to - to prevent hunger - eat something. To find a place for three in a restaurant during eating time and an apparently busy VSK exhibition (we are looking for) turned out to be adventurous.
Everywhere there were busy talking booths and the empty tables were all reserved.
Our last hope passed when we also heard in the restaurant of the Auction of the, despite the crowds, still friendly quiet young lady of the ministry that the matter was fully booked.
We already walked about fifty meters on the rain in the sidewalk. Were a bit nervous with the idea of having to score a sandwich at a gas station.
Suddenly we heard behind us: "Gentlemen! GENTLEMEN!!!". The friendly young lady who had served us just as kindly came running after us. We were pleasantly surprised. It is not often that beautiful young women run after us.

So when we were seated, the Auction staff had already stolen our hearts. The food turned out to be just as good despite the busyness in the kitchen as the staff were friendly.
We chose duck breast as the main course.
And if you are with three, then you can only be satisfied with Kwik, Kwek and Kwak on the respective plates.
When we finished our coffee, the people who had originally discussed our table just entered.
And meanwhile we had heard from the people at Lamers Reinigingstechniek BV from Zelhem at the table next to us why it was so busy.

An extremely friendly Patrick Roes reported happy and proud that his employer could also deliver things that could make us, classic enthusiasts, happy. The young man was passionate about the business. His enthusiasm clearly exceeded normal working hours.
