Bad ended? Simply discovered in the Netherlands: the dormant remains of a Bonnet Djet. Didn't we think so?

Inquiry revealed that the car was in a state of reconstruction. Or was going to be. Apparently a job with no fixed end date. The owner seemed to be willing to keep us informed. Who knows if we can still get the story in AMK. With photos of the reborn Djet.

We also received a tip about the simple thoughtfulness behind the Djet: The chassis is welded 'on tension'. That makes it enormously stiff. Many people don't know that. And if the then put the flex on one of the outer supports for restoration, it will result in a leg fracture. Because if the tension is broken, that wearer folds out like the bat of a baseball player
