BCA youngtimer and special car auction, 7 November

ER Classics Desktop 2022

BCA organizes a large auction of youngtimers, special cars and even some classics at 7 November. “The Dutch passenger car park is getting older and older. While in 2006 only about ten percent of all passenger cars were fifteen years or older, ten years later that percentage doubled to more than twenty percent, ”the auction house says. One notices there especially an increased popularity of cars between the 15 and roughly 30 years old. All the more reason to devote a special auction to it.

Also interesting for individuals

The youngtimer is not only popular with companies such as ZZPers, but also private individuals consciously opt for a youngtimer, the largest auction house for passenger and company cars in the Netherlands, according to what is said. “That's not surprising, because the 'youngest' generation of youngtimers was built in 2002 and in those days things like air conditioning, cruise control, ABS and airbags were already commonplace. So they are not inferior to modern cars in terms of luxury and safety, but purchase costs a lot less, "they know. In addition, a good youngtimer is a lot more maintenance-friendly than a real classic.

Young timer auction

During a special auction on Tuesday 7 November, dozens of young timers and other special passenger cars go under the hammer at BCA in Barneveld. The cars are presented on the BCA website with photos and provided with an extensive technical report. The showroom is open on Tuesdays from 8.30 and all cars can be viewed. The auction will start around the clock from 13.00, right after the regular passenger car auction that starts at 11.00. Admission is of course free and private individuals can also participate in the hall.

Do you want to sell your youngtimer at this unique auction? That too is possible. You can register your car in advance on the BCA site: www.bca-autoveiling.nl/youngtimerveiling

On the website you can also find more information about buying and selling at the auction and in the run-up to November 7 you will see the lot with all the cars to be auctioned.
