If there is one brand that has had a large fan base for years, it is Citroën. The unique design of the many models still appeals. So a Citroën is not just one Citroën. And that certainly applies to Lida Bremer, who has been driving a quirky model for many years: One Citroen XM. In the correct version with a 6-cylinder engine, with an automatic transmission attached to it.
Experience
Lida speaks from experience. It is already her fifth Citroën XM. She is convinced that this version is the most beautiful. It is certain that her heart beats faster for this 'voiture comfortable'. Speaking of comfortable. The handling is soothing. Ultimate driving comfort is an even better description. “Je rève d'une Citroën XM, ”she says enthusiastically when she shows the poster in her room. It remains a dream for her. Still an overpowering sense of fun. The 22-year-old 'limousine' is her daily means of transport.
Classic status
Has the XM already reached classic status? Certainly that is the 1989 Citroën XM was voted Car of the Year. And that due to the good protection against rust, there are still a number of beautiful examples driving around. The quirky is still abundantly present. Driving remains a feast for all the senses for her. The beautiful feminine shapes and charming appearance make it a jewel in her home. The charming fits not only with the XM but also with the proud owner Lida Bremer.

Fantastic car, very unfortunate that the car always has a 'blemish', which made sales disappointing.
The XM does not deserve, they were / are not that bad.
But French, so you immediately get the bile from all over the world over you ... and problems from the VAG stable are not discussed.
Most XMs already have considerable mileage, so proven reliable.
