The most beautiful Ferrari of all time, the 250GT Berlina Short Wheel Base is 50! The SWB made its debut in 1959 at the Paris Motor Show.
Ferrari built a total of 165 copies of which seventy-five for serious competition work and twenty-one in a special version. Depending on the version, the 3 liter V12 engine pumped between the 240 and 285 hp on the road surface. While a SWB cost a small 50 mille in guilders in the mid-1970s, decades later the price has risen far above one and a half million Euros. Much and much more depending on the history. A missed opportunity?
