It is also in Sint Katelijne Waver

Katelijnenaar - a resident of Sint Katelijne Waver is called that -Achiel Olbrechts has its own museum. And a lot of 'spare parts' for former DDR cars.

The former dealer of these cars has had an IFA museum since 1997 in Katelijne. An ode to the car industry in the former GDR, communist Germany.

In 1997, six years after the last Wartburg and Barkas were rolled off the band, the IFA museum opened its doors. Achiel Olbrechts has a story for each of the twenty-two cars on display. The collection also includes an authentic Melkus RS1000, of which only 101 copies are made.

The museum can only be visited by appointment: + 32 (0) 15 7608 o4.

  1. Dear Olbrechts,

I have been informed that you may be selling brake caliper rebuild kits
    for a Trabant 1.1 Kombi from 1990.

It concerns the brake pistons 4x rubber grommet for the
guide pins. 2x sealing ring for piston, 2x dust sleeve.
My question is what is the email address of Olbrechts

Let's hear how and some greetings from Holland,

    Loan van der Meij
