One of the hundred and seven pieces.
Johnny Jacobs is lyrical when he talks about the Lancer 2000 Turbo. Johnny owns an original Lancer from the beginning of 1982 and has restored the car himself.

Only 1.250 ever saw the light of day and 107 units came to the Netherlands. A rare appearance in 1982, but you may wonder how many of those 107 copies are still running. On the website of Johnny (www.lancerturbo2000.eu) there are at least another eight, nine together.

More scarce than a fur hat in the streets of Zimbabwe, so whoever has one doesn't put it away that easily. The prices are rising because the demand is greater than the supply. A Lancer 2000 Turbo proves to be a stable investment. Also not unpleasant, because the black (or white) middle class is blessed with 170 PK clean on the hook and a turbo hole that makes you quiet. If you get the chance to buy the original father of the Lancer Evolutions, grab it.
