Purchasing classics there

Entire tribes moved into a Morris Minor in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and even in the early 1980s. An exceptionally tough trolley with a very high level of cuddiness. More than one million copies have been produced. In different variants, from two-door to four-door, as station wagon, delivery van and pickup.

Economical and simple, the softly whirring cart made Europe mobile, softly whirring fun was experienced, softly whirring money was earned with it. About two decades ago, such a Morrisje was refurbished after a working life, sometimes restored and then served as a second car. Ideal for the daily shopping service. Until the more and more spoiled motorist, motivated by the always rattling and not giving up marketing and advertising guild, felt safer in a new car (...). The Morris Minor disappeared from the street scene and ended up in enthusiastic circles. The offer was overwhelming and as a result the prices dropped. In the 1980s, a good-running, restored and rust-free Morris Minor could not be purchased for an 4 mille of rock-hard guilders. The prices also dropped in Great Britain, the birthplace of the Morris Minor. Up to £ 600,00 for the same item. A nice Traveler cost twice as much. Slowly but surely people realized that the Morris Minor was actually just as British as the 'Big Ben', the cuppa in the lunch break and picked up the little thing again. The new century entered, as did the price increase. For a beautiful Morris Minor, an average of £ 2006 had to be paid in 1.875,00, barely five years later it had risen to almost £ 3.500,00. An absolute record price was paid on 15 August 2009 for such a gem: £ 57.750,00. In short, if you like the charm of a Morris Minor, don't wait until it's too late. Just like the Jaguar XKE and the MG MGB, the Morris Minor will become prohibitively expensive for the common man in the near future!
