While chatting about those pieces of furniture, it soon changes to classics. And then the furniture owner tells us that he still has an 'old VW' in his garage. It only takes a while and 'the object' is visited. A deal is quickly closed, the 'Spijltjesbus' changes - for FREE - from owner on condition that it will completely restore it to its former glory. There is serious work to be done. Despite the many years of storage there is a lot of rust. Work has already begun on the job, this bus is - given the pace of work - quickly back on the road ...
