DSC02573xAfter years of searching and toil, the restoration of the Buick series 700 Limited Riviera sedan from 1958 by Robert Visser (42) from Leeuwarden is almost complete. Before Robert can get on the road with his 'new' old American, some small actions have to be done. But that may not have a name. What ultimately remains is one of the most exciting moments of the entire restoration process: waking the three hundred horses in the front after all those long years. When the moment finally arrives ... it doesn't work. The engine does not start. "Probably a defective starter motor," says Robert. A replacement has since been ordered. We will keep you informed.
