The invention of the lockable fuel cap brought some rest until the thieves figured out that with an obliquely sawn piece of pipe you could possibly enter the tank right through the sheet metal.

When we recently tried to siphon some gasoline from a modern car, we found that we really couldn't get the siphon hose into the tank.

An excursion with a five liter cannet to the local Shell station brought salvation.
We had that jerry can. It was empty, so used before.

The same emptiness effect is also often found in other things in the garage that are waiting to be needed someday: Fire extinguishers for example.

The professional CO2 extinguishers that have often made a vague crossing to our regions are sensitive to this.

And did you know that powder extinguishers do not have eternal life for lack of controls and that extinguishing powder is very corrosive?

The once so popular, because clean extinguishing BCF extinguishers have now been banned.

The spray foam extinguishers are the reasonable alternative.
But when purchasing for the garage, make sure that it is frost-resistant.
