That is what you get when you sell your local dump trader “Sprengmeister Werkzeugsaetze”. The tape that comes with it is usually out of date. The round-gripping pliers are a nice tool. The ignition wire is probably legal. The aluminum sleeves are intended as crown stones to bundle the ignition wires.
But the tongs and the aluminum sleeves are perfectly suitable for finishing the ends of bowden cables in a very professional way.
