A camper? A mobile home? No. Because American and therefore an RV, a recreational vehicle. This is the 'Turtle' from 1937. And you won't find them much more American than this. Strangely enough, the builder, Roy Hunt, had little to do with camping.
But he enjoyed the attention for his vehicles. And he attracted the most attention on campsites ...
