Vauxhall Velox

By: Dirk de Jong

It is of course not normal that you just come across a very good condition Vauxhall Velox from 1950.

At the time of its discovery, the car had a strong attraction for Albert Wekema, who bought the car and now plans to restore the Vauxhall Velox - right down to new street. The chassis and body are in good condition, the engine runs well and is even RDW approved.

De Vauxhall Velox is a six-cylinder car that was produced from 1948 to 1965. It was a large family car, remembered with its Opel contemporaries, because they have mirrored North American style trends much better than other European models of the time.

Discovering such a special classic car at the classics fair in Eelde gives a moment of euphoria. Capturing on our small compact digital friend (cell phone) is logical?
