Wanted. And not if investigation is requested in that program. AMK reader Rob van Pernis is the organizer of the competition d'elegance of the Jaguar Daimler Club Holland. Thanks to a completely watertight scenario and perfect organization, that competition has since grown into an impressive party.
Wanted for the line up
De Jaguar Daimler Club Holland exists since November 1976. It is an active club of owners and interested parties in both classic and modern Jaguars and Daimlers. Today, the JDCH has around 1.800 enthusiastic members at home and abroad.
The objective is primarily to promote mutual contact between those interested in these beautiful cars and to organize meetings. These are very social in nature, and the partners' partners are also very welcome. In addition, the technical experiences of repair or restoration can be mutually exchanged, while the competition element also receives attention, for example during touring and events and in the form of assessment by an expert jury at the annual JDCH Competition d'Élégance.
The plans for the coming version have become even more professional and in that context Rob is looking for a Wolseley Hornet from 1932-1933 with a Swallow body and a Lanchester, preferably from before 1943.
Do you have a Wolseley Hornet with a Swallow body and / or a Lanchester and do you want to participate in a pleasant, top organized day? Then you can contact Rob van Pernis, archivaris@jdch.nl
