The man who was under the 2CV of AMK reader Hans Beltman was not run over. He was working. The further explanation showed that Sander van Essen - incidentally also ID and DS specialist - does bodywork welding at private (and professional) homes.
And for that he drags his own welding workshop in his van.
In this case, Sander combined his job in Dieren with his presence at a local Duck Event on the IJssel. But their base is Alkmaar.
