The fact that that fund uses a deductible is unfortunate, but something is better than nothing.
But never, never expect an insurance specialist to admit guilt of a car clearly recognized as the culprit of a major international transport operator with a driver base consisting mainly of Bulgarians and Ukainers.
And be extremely careful when parking your oldtimer or youngtimer.
Oh yeah; the car in question had already been repaired. And a thick photo album was made of it. The guarantee fund could live with that.
