Nowadays, when washing your classic, you are advised to include the mud - and perhaps the remains of brine? - also the inside of the fenders, actually the entire underside of the car with the high pressure cleaner to clean. They used to do that, very earlier in the United States. Not with the high-pressure cleaner, but simply by turning in a large bowl of water, the 'Auto Wash Bowl'. The Ford Model T is being followed by an A-Ford. Or would it have been the other way around? In any case, a nice picture from the thirties ...
