No dashboard is complete without retro Becker. A Mexico in your W123 or a Grand Prix 2000 in your 300 SEL: you underline the originality of the car in a beautiful yet simple way.
Becker recently died, so buying new is unfortunately a problem in the future. The various types and models can be scored 'einfach' on German auction sites such as eBay, and sometimes for a few tens. Rare copies (such as the first radio / CD player from Becker, the Mexico 876, or the very old Nadelstreife radios) not infrequently cost a power, but a device like the one shown above usually costs less than a hundred euros.
Now the radio cannot be tested for operation remotely. Often the code card is missing, so that it is no use to you. For all this malaise there is Audio Service in Elst, available on the internet: www.audioservice.nl
Request code cards online, repairs to old Becker radios; it's all possible with Audio Service. Put it under your favorites.
