Purchasing classics there

Classic driving in 2014. You can drive a nice, good classic for little. Currently for less than ever. Because the market is just recovering from the misery of the Houderschaps Blues. You can enjoy it enormously. Because for many of us a classic car is much more fun than a roll-around pastry from the wind tunnel, with a plastic lid over what is probably the engine and with electrical support.

But after purchasing such a nice classic, it can still be very expensive if such a car is chosen as the starting point for restoration.

Because experience has shown that a complete restoration project can be much worse / much cheaper / than an honest, but possibly somewhat lived-in car. The end result will not even be much more expensive. Certainly not when there is a larger proportion of 'paid hours'. To drive and enjoy just choose a car from the classic range for which there is still sufficient supply of parts and knowledge.

The volume models of the - not French and Italian brands (rust!) - are usually all good candidates. When purchasing a French or Italian classic, it is more than convenient to arrange a good purchase inspection.

You can cherish a good classic car. Then it gets better and more beautiful and lasts longer. This approach requires investments that may be higher than "the car is worth". But who actually determines that value?

Classic driving in 2014. But would you like to think Out of the Box? Then do something un-Dutch and buy the car of your dreams in top condition. Then you will come across nice foreign enthusiasts with our advertisers. Because they now know that classics in the Netherlands are cheap. That is why many very beautiful and good specimens go to Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal and America.

But if you are fast, you will still find your dream car in the Netherlands

For a price for which other Europeans like to travel a few thousand kilometers.
