Thomas Touw received a 'negative binding advice' about his wheelhouse from an APK judge. That sounds so much nicer than 'rejected'.
It also reminds us of the note on the note from the animal ambulance who received a knowledge from us: "end transport of a negative cat". The animal had lost all its 9 lives in one go during a crossing action, had been taken off the asphalt by the animal ambulace and found dead. But "dead" or "run over" was so hard on paper ...
The advice that Thomas Touw received was therefore the wheelhouse of his classic.
