It is therefore a wise decision of his to cherish and preserve the Ford 12M - with that luxurious look of a vinyl roof. It is now that beautiful nostalgic look that appeared in many cars in the 60s and 70s with this special style element.
It can't be much more classic, this special creation with the special effect should not be lost. For Gerrit, the car is no longer a means of transport, it is a beautiful possession. An integral part of his (car) hobby life. Ford points the way for him.
Once had a beautiful Peugeot 504 Ti automatique, also in a Beige color (BPM Beige Pale Metalique) with a nice brown top. This was an after-market and it caused a lot of misery that the paint had been cut to size. And that did not help the chrome trim on the already in Spain, extra sensitive, assembled Peugeot. Had there in total 4, but this was the only one from Spain, unfortunately.
