The friendliest motorcycle fair in the Netherlands, the Hardenberg motorcycle market organized by 'MC de Gasschoeve', was wet this year. Very wet. The vans of the exhibitors had to be towed outside with tractors. And we don't even know if they have all been saved from the dredger.
But despite the somewhat lesser offer, apparently exhibitors had already been washed away before arrival, the mood was fine again, the offer varied and the prices realistic.
And that the negotiations between a lost westerner and a local who went in without teeth, but with a mouth full of frikandel and in the purest dialect the discussion started with difficulty? ...
There will be another 'Hardenberg' next spring. Rain or shine.
