With the cooperation - and in imitation - of Stichting Autobelangen, Brigitte Schrijvers recently launched a petition against the 40 year compromise. With this action, it wants to convince the Senate not to approve the proposed measure. In a short time, a small 11.000 people have signed the petition. It once again indicates how the old-timer topic lives among owners, enthusiasts and industry. The petition is still open for signature.
The petition will be presented to the First Chamber Finance Committee on Monday 16 December at 17.45 hours. The venue is the Binnenhof in The Hague. The petition will be handed over under the warm interest of the press and - in all likelihood - various old-timer owners.
After delivery of de petitie the Senate will meet on the 2014 Tax Plan. As known, the MRB measure forms part of this. The meetings are also open to the public and will make much clear about the future for the owner, branch and lover of the so beautiful cultural heritage.
That's Pim
Be sure to show on Monday that the mobile heritage in the form of classic automobiles is especially BEAUTIFUL. The Dutch people must take good care of that.
