Last year an interesting object was offered for sale in Great Britain, a Volkswagen Beetle 'Silver Jubilee' from 1978. Never put on license plate and from new only 41 miles on the clock. The car, number 213 from a series of 300 Limited Edtion beetles, is still completely new, so new that the plastic applied by the factory is still over the upholstery! Of course, the purchase invoice and the still virgin service booklet are also missing.
