During later contacts with his own insurer, the police and the guarantee fund, the man turned out to be a true juggler and magician with words. But he didn't admit anything. Finally, the Guarantee Fund decided to handle the case after all... The fact that that fund applies a deductible is a shame, but something is better than nothing. But never, ever, expect that an 'insurance specialist' of a car clearly identified as the perpetrator of a major international transport company with a driver base consisting mainly of Bulgarians and Ukrainians will admit guilt.
