Schoot en de Groot garage in Oosterbeek is a general garage shed whose owners Vernon and Paul have a preference for classics and youngtimers. The fact that they and their staff can still really work on that type of car is the icing on the Oosterbeek cake.
Their company has a quiet location and is against the Rhine. From their 'back garden' they have a fantastic view over the floodplains, the river and the bridge. They want to open their terrain to a limited extent as a stopover place or start or end point of classic rides / clubs. This should not include the provision of full catering, but if there is a need to have a drink, then there is a lot to be arranged.
There is no thoughtful revenue model behind Vernon and Paul's offer. But in consultation you are just welcome.
But if you happen to find the car of your dreams, it is just a bonus.
Isn't that a nice idea for 2012?
