Okay, only a tight hand full of these 100 tonners have been made, but the Berliet T 100 was really a XXXL truck.

The giant was conceived for transport on the oil fields of the Sahara. The first was made in 1957. The last, the fourth about 1960

Equipped with an 700 hp V12 Cummins with a displacement of almost 30 liters and two compressors.

With twice 950 liters of gasoline offered and equipped with disc brakes, this powerhouse was… 34 km / h fast. L x W x H were: 15,30 mx 4,98 mx 4,43m

If you have some space left: T100 No. 1 is currently an abandoned wreck in Algeria, in HASSI-MESSAOUD.
