Lancia Flavia Convertible - Verkeerd Afgelopen
A few years ago we surprised you with a few photos and description of a Lancia Flavia Convertible 'discovered' by chance in Eastham, London, with bodywork from Vignale. Simply put, a restoration object, in reality something to never start (again). More than half of the once beautiful bodywork was solved, much of the technology was missing. Anyway, a nightmare. The car was sold to someone - a few blocks away and still in the London suburb of Eastham - who liked it all. Even after a night's sleep, people paid and 'the asset' was collected. The dream will probably have been shattered, because a few months later your editorial team raced again across the British island and was confronted by the same Lancia… Now the car was 'on the street' and still in London. The owner had seen the light, but not at the end of the tunnel. New work. If there was interest, the cart was for sale again. Had your editor shouted £ 250 it could have been recharged… Where the car is now? Who knows may say.
