And yet close.
We classic enthusiasts are rather nostalgic. And to get a taste of nostalgia, we don't have to go all the way to the floating museum called 'England'.
At our own Veluwe, the location where the Dutch Tourism 1.0 was developed in the early 1950s, we not only have the Loenense Waterfall, but also the Veluwsche Steam Train Company.
Everything has changed, but the steam train between Apeldoorn and Dieren has remained.
The Veluwsche Steam Train Company has set itself the goal of keeping a rolling railway museum in service. With a great deal of care, patience and knowledge, the VSM employees work on the maintenance and maintenance of locomotives, carriages and freight wagons.
The VSM stations are also very suitable as a meeting point for classic meetings.
