However, if you make a phone call with the tax authorities - keep your citizen service number ready - car department, you can say that you just want to use your classic full time because it is more fun and more sustainable. About two or three weeks after that report, the administration is arranged.
In that case, also make sure that your cheap classic insurance does not specify a maximum number of kilometers driven on an annual basis.
