Soest, Hanseatic city of GermanyA final beautiful ride of the year, a day of fiddling around in a beautiful Hanseatic city and a totally relaxing day in a thermal bath. And all that in Soest and the surrounding area.

Do you have no idea how you could have missed such a beautiful combination in the Netherlands? Then you don't have to worry, we are talking about Soest in Germany, near Essen, just two hours on the highway or a wonderful day 'inside'.

Soest is a kind of Zutphen XL and we, cars motor klassiekLovers of love are most welcome and very affordable at the Prodomo Hotel am Wall, a few minutes from the heart of the city. The day starts well there with an extensive breakfast including scrambled eggs and sausages. But there are also options with less cholesterol, such as fresh figs.

In Soest (pronounced “Soohst”) itself there is sufficient range of shops to make the excursion fun for both sexes and the local catering industry is proof that it is possible to get quality on the table for half of the Dutch rates. the service is exemplary.

Next to the hotel is sufficient, free, parking space. But if you want to hide your classic from the eye of the world, it can also be parked behind the hotel.

Bad SassendorfThe 'Geschaeftsfuehrende' reported gladly that club visitors are also welcome. There has recently been a group of 13 classic riders for whom a BBQ was organized in front of the hotel.

To make the relaxation complete, a few kilometers further on in Bad Sassendorf is the Sole Therme of the same name. A kind of sauna + experience including salt cave and saltwater swimming pool. "Thermal baths" are highly serious and well-established things in Germany. Visiting thermal baths often falls under medical expenses. The age of many thermengangers m / f is therefore that you can feel like a young God m / f for example as a sixty year old. A nice experience ... A day ticket for that only costs an incredible 14,95 euro.
